I [M33] recently have been dating [F33] and her father suddenly passed away. We are a part of a common friends group so likely to bump into each other. She shared with me about her dad and I've relayed my sympathies. Looking for thoughts on how to mindfully proceed? Certainly give her the space she needs, but also want to help however possible - though don't want to conflate that as romantic advances.
