So we've been together for about 10 months now, and this issue persisted since the beginning. I think he was able to cum from penetrative sex about 10%-20% of the time with me. He said that he has had issues finishing in the past with other girls but it usually went away after some time. We were hoping that this issue would go away with time as well but it has been almost a year and it still persists. We're pretty communicative about this issue.
