My [31f] little sister [30f] just got news that her best friend is pregnant and she's devastated. How can I help?

The backstory here is that my sister and her husband have been trying to conceive about 2 years now. They've been married about 2 1/2 years and together since they were teens.

I am not really a baby person so don't particularly plan to have kids. Wouldn't go so far as to say that I'm childfree (might consider adoption at some point) but because I have no real interest in getting pregnant I've been my sister's confidant as of late, as she feels safe discussing things with me.

Her friend who just got pregnant recently got engaged but she and her fiance have been having some pretty significant financial troubles and I know it wasn't a planned pregnancy. That said they're also both in their 30s and have been together awhile (7 years I think) so it's not completely out of left field either. But my sister is utterly devastated right now. Knowing her friend in essence got 'knocked up' when she's been trying/struggling and ultimately not succeeding at getting pregnant has been a huge blow.

I called her tonight and she was just bawling. I stayed on the phone with her until her husband arrived (he left work early) but honestly didn't know what to say besides "that sucks".

I'm just looking for some guidance as to how to handle this. I'm very close with my sister and this friend of hers is also a friend of mine (though is much closer to my sister than to me) so I'll be invited to all the baby related stuff as well. How do I navigate this? My sister is my first priority here, but as someone who doesn't want to get pregnant it's hard to know what to say or do. Anyone who has been in my sister's shoes: what would you have liked for someone to have done for you in this situation?

TL;dr: sister is struggling to get pregnant, her best friend just told her that she is pregnant (unplanned) and my sister is devastated. How can I help now and moving forward?
