My (24F) husband's (25M) best friend (25M) has a girlfriend (20sF) and the comparisons are leading to some argument

So, my husband and I have been together 6 years, married 1. Three years ago he met Stan at work and they've been close ever since. Stan and my husband have a lot of the same hobbies: video games, anime, politics, programming, etc. I don't share any of these hobbies, never have. I've tried a couple animes and tried a video game or two in our dating years but it doesn't appeal to me in the slightest. I'm reasonably politically informed but don't like listening to politics on YouTube or anything like they do.

Anyway, so Stan lives across the country and a few weeks ago my husband went to go visit him. There he met Stan's girlfriend Franny, they've been dating a few months. Stan has always been single before so my husband was really happy for him.

When my husband came back, I heard a lot about the trip and especially about Franny. Apparently she and Stan like all the same hobbies and they game together, cosplay together, etc. My husband spent a lot of time with the two of them and had a lot of fun.

Lately he's been asking me a lot to do his hobbies with him. I've tried them, they don't interest me. I can't watch political videos or anime or anything like that without wanting to tear my hair out. I'm happy hearing about it but I don't want to participate. He knows who I am and where I stand.

But I'm tired of hearing about Franny. I've told him flat out that I'm not like her and he understands, but there is a bit of distance between us right now. I'm not threatened by her specifically but it does bother me that he's searching for more than what I am.

What's the best way to handle this? Do I just wait for the novelty of a geek girl partner to blow over? Should I address this more directly?

Tl;Dr My husband recently met his best friend's girlfriend and now he's enamored with the idea of having a partner with the same hobbies as him. I'm not that person
