I'm (27F) in a relationship with someone (26M) who is extremely logical and grounded, while I'm an incredibly emotionally driven person (think empath). How do I keep my emotional needs filled?
We've been together for four years. I've always been the type that feeds on the emotions and passions of others. So, being with someone who approaches everything very logically and doesn't let emotions drive him, we have a slight disconnect. He tends to see me as overly emotional and too driven by passion, while I see him as lacking the passion/emotion needed to find joy in certain things. Anyone have similar experiences or advice?
TL;DR - SO is grounded and logical. I'm emotional and passionate. How do I fulfill my emotional needs in our relationship?
