I (23F) seem to get special treatment at work for being good looking, and others are suffering, is there anything I can do?

TL;dr I'm conventionally attractive, and get away with/praised for things that less attractive women have recently gotten in trouble for.

Some background, I'm a fresh college graduate working in a male dominated environment. I am tall, blonde, thin, and naturally charismatic and social. I'm what society considers pretty hot, and I'm not oblivious to it.. Men love me. I don't think this makes me better than anyone else, but I do know that it gives me some privilege. Most recently, I've noticed it in my workplace.

I thought that all the men I worked with were just nice. Whenever I need a hand or help with literally anything, they are more than happy to do it. From lifting things, making copies, to cleaning up my messes. They'll do it with a smile. Most will even go as far as to stop by my work station and ask me if there's anything at all they can do for me. I thought maybe it had something to do with my looks, but hoped it was just genuine niceness.

There's another woman here who also will ask them for help. I've heard her do it just as often as I do, probably even less. And I've never once heard them offer. I didn't think too far into it until I heard the men complaining about how much she asks of them/how lazy she must be/ why can't she do her own job/it's her fault if she can't lift something, not theirs. My stomach dropped even further when I heard some supervisors there too. She's getting reprimanded for asking for the help that I get with a smile on a daily basis.

The only difference between me and this coworker is about 15 years, 100lbs, and some makeup. She's nice, she's polite, she's easy to get along with.

I just hate to see her get in trouble over this. I feel awful to be benefiting from a system that's punishing her. Is there any way I could use my privilege to help her situation out? I don't care if the men don't help me after. I'd sacrifice that for her to be treated fairly.
