I [26M] feel like I'm carrying my girlfriend [24F] financially.

So I've been feeling really drained with my girlfriend and mine's financial situation. I currently work full time in an IT position I enjoy, making an average earning. My girlfriend works full time at a sandwich shop she hates, making a less than average earning. I'm thankful she has a job and works, but I've been getting exhausted about always having to worry about our money. I've had to support both of us almost the entire 5 months we've lived together in our apartment.

I pay 90% of the rent ($1400 me, $150 her) and all of the utilities, like cable and electricity. The majority of apartment cleaning is done by me. I dust, vacuum, wash dishes 9 times out of 10, sweep, do both of our's laundry (I fold her laundry for her and set it in the living room for her to put away, but I end up doing that after 2 weeks of it still sitting on the floor), and general pick up (I constantly come home to dirty plates and silverware on the coffee table). She buys groceries (~$200 a month) and cooks which I guess helps a little.

I should probably add that my girlfriend paid for her college with her money, no loans or scholarships, so her bank account is always near $0. She is complaining constantly about having no money, but does nothing to change the situation. As a late anniversary present last month, I bought her $300 dental hygienist study material so she can get her dental license, which is what she went to school for. She has taken the test twice, but has failed due to poor studying and rushing. It's been almost a year since she took it last. She said she was really excited to start studying again after I bought the material, but has studied maybe 3 times since. She'll always say she's tired after work, which is understandable, but on her off days, she just sits around all day watching TV. If I suggest to study for an hour or 2, she'll just kind of blow it off.

I've become a lot more careful with my spending, so less eating out, no new video games, movies, and even date nights. But what is starting to get to me, is that she complains just about every other day about not having any money, but constantly eats out, bought $100 protein shake mix, and buys things she just doesn't need for stupid reasons. The other day she bought a $15 pink coffee mug because her current one is purple and she likes pink more. I know she loves me, she really does. I know she isn't just mooching off me because we dated for 1 year before moving in together.

Am I a bad person/greedy if I've become tired of what feels like carrying us? I want to believe she'll get this dental stuff done, so she can get a nice paying position and contribute more. How do you split costs with your SO's?

TLDR; I get very minimal financial help from girlfriend, who complains about having no money, but buys unnecessary items and doesn't try to better herself.
