Boyfriend [25m] of 5 months wants to ditch condoms but doesn't want to take STD tests. What do I [20f] do now?

He is my first boyfriend but he's had other girlfriends before. He said he wants to stop using condoms. I asked.him to let me think about and 2 days later I told him that I agreed but we should first take STD tests and I should take birth control pills (which I have never done and know very little about).

He was upset and asked if I trusted him or not. I said yes but he's had other partners and he could have something and doesn't know about it.

He said he had never had a test in his life and seemed upset by my conditions. I had a test once, about a year ago for a medical thing. I was clean and I'm pretty sure I still am, but I want us both to get tested.

I don't know if I am somewhat uneducated but, we've had oral sex with no protection the whole time so it seems a bit silly to want tests for PIV with no protection.

Anyway, what now? He didnt show signs of backing down. How can we come to an agreement?
