my family hates my girlfriend

So here we go. I(21m) live with ma grandparents cause my dad died of cancer in 2019 and my mom left us when i was 13, she ran away with ma dads best friend. So thats why i live with my grandparents and my brother 19.

I have a gf (19f) and my grandparents dont think she's good for me because of the few times they saw her. The first time she was sick and she didnt come out of my room much but she was sick and uncomfortable. Another time we were in my room just whatching movies. Ever since we started dating they didnt like her, first it was because she was 17 and i was 19 so i got called a p*dophile and they didnt like that she's polish. She was always polite, she brought wine for them and a home baked cake for my birthday. She's shy around new people especially the ones that never liked her from the beginning.

After that my grandparents didnt want to see her anymore and she wasnt welcome. They started calling her lazy, a golddigger, that she's not going to be anything in life and a lot of other bad things. Even started insulting her family. Every time i go to her they say im making the biggest mistake ever, they say i also have to ask if i want to go somewhere (even with friends). I always have to fight them to see my her, they always just scream at me and its always a problem.

My brother also doesnt like her because he thinks she uses me. Now my gf is polish and im belgian(flemish) and this vacation they asked me to go with them to poland cause we are together for 1y and a half and her family wants to meet me. Now my grandparents say i cant go cause of the war in ukraine (her family is up to date and we wouldnt go if we would be in danger) and they say if i go im not their family anymore.

I love her and her family, her family has always welcomed me and her mom said that she now has another son. My girlfriend wants me to move in with her and her family because she thinks it will be better for my mental health and we will be happier. We had some ups and downs mainly because of my family but i want a future with her.

Reddit i need advice or a fresh perspective

TLDR: my family hates my girlfriend of 1y6m since we started dating. They barely know her, they insult her and always fight with me if i want to see her. Im tired of them. Girlfriend wants me to move in with her and her family that always welcomed me.

Edit: if i moved out i would probably move into my girlfriends house, her family invited me to stay because they know whats going on with my family. I already pay 250€ rent to my grandparents, so i would pay that to my gf family instead of them.
