Had bought a birthday gift for a girl I was dating till a day ago, should I still give it to her?

Context: I'd been dating this girl for over 3 months, and last week I ordered a necklace and some bracelets for her. Her ex ended up calling her yesterday, she got extremely confused and realized she wasn't over him, and was entertaining the idea of getting back together with him. She told me she was confused between the two of us. We decided it would be best if we ended things and stayed friends.

**TL;DR;** : Bought a birthday gift for my ex, we broke up a day ago, we've decided to be friends, her birthday is in 5 days, should I still give it to her? I want to, but I'm not sure.
