Tl;Dr ex fiance wont get his belongings out of my home in a timely manner.
I (36/F) recently split up with my fiance(36/M) We've been living together for two years now. He has a lot of stuff to move out but is dragging his feet. He's been out for 11 days, he has come back about five times, only takes a handful of things each time. He has artwork, knock knacks, clothes, furniture, a LOT of stuff... I want to know how long until I can tell him that he can't come back anymore, that he has had plenty of time to get his stuff, but that that time is over. He just drops in anytime, whether I'm at work or not. My daughter doesn't want to see him and locks herself in her bedroom while he's here. I dont want to keep his stuff, I wouldnt mind if he left his stuff. I just want to know when I can tell him he's done coming here... I don't want to pack his stuff. He is an adult man and I've not put any restrictions on him coming or packing, or anything. I think he is intentionally making this take forever. He is toxic and verbally abusive. Knowing that he could show up anytime is nerve wracking. If I'm here when he comes I leave. He is free to take ALL of his stuff and go, but literally grabs like 2 pairs of pants and a toothbrush and leaves. I'm sick of him having this last bit of control over me.
