First of all, I'm a transgender man (28M). I have to wear a binder (chest compressor) in order to work since I work facing the public, so I keep one just-in-case with my uniform inside my locker. Everyone in my office knows I'm transgender, because my bosses (32F & 51F) are nosy as fuck, and I don't know exactly when did they find out, but very likely since the very beginning.
I work with other 8 people in rotation, and I'm usually in the night shift, so I tend to be alone and I only see my coworkers in between shifts.
Out of all of them, only one tells when he sees flaws in my work, since I've only been here for three months and had to cover a bunch of extra hours alone (+33hrs last month) while still being fairly new. All the others either assume all the mistakes are mine and tell on my bosses, which leave me notes online about any possible tiny issue.
There's one coworker in particular (40F) who plain and simple always refers to me as a female, even though I have no visible features that could cause confusion, I literally have my male name on my plaque, and everyone knows I'm a guy. I never wanted to think much of it, since well, people get confused and I just couldn't care less for this person.
However, yesterday on my day off my boss sent me a text, saying that I needed a new uniform shirt because the previous one it's "dirty and used". I keep my stuff in the locker room with the rest, where bosses NEVER go. It sounded very weird, I asked for more information and she replied that "they went there casually and just saw it like that".
Again, I didn't think much of it, maybe they are just annoying. But today I came to work to find my binder (chest compressor) inside a trash bag, along with my shirt that was perfectly clean.
QUESTIONS

I just don't want to jump to conclusions. But my girlfriend thinks it's clear as water. What do you think?

I'm leaving this job because I don't like the passive aggressive environment entirely, however I'm only obligated by law to tell them 2 weeks beforehand. Since I don't want to be a dick, I was planning to stay two more months until they found a replacement specially cause it would impact on my coworkers schedules, until this happened today and I'm honestly so pissed and confused.
Don't feed the trolls in the comments, just report and block them. I don't want trolls to take over 50% of the thread so please don't feed them.
TL;DR My passive-aggresive coworkers might be being transphobic towards me and I feel confused.
