My 14M brother 17 broke my PC I need it for school and he's taking forever to save up money to buy me a new one how do I ask mom and dad to just buy me one?

My brother broke my PC in a tantrum he had in December when he was playing Apex Legends. It was either that or league of legends. I let him use it when I could so I could watch TV in the basement while he played games. Our mom and dad gave us our own living room down there so they could watch in the actual living room on the weekend it's nice. They spent a lot of money on it. My brother lost a game or something and he kicked my PC three times and it's broken. Every time I try to turn it on it makes this reeeeeing noise and gets hot. My monitor won't come on and it's just not working.

Mom and dad killed him for it. They yelled at him that he's going to get a job and pay for repairs or buy me a new one. He's taking forever to save up the money and I don't have a job. How do I ask mom and dad to buy me a new one? I need it for school and hate having to wait until the weekend to use dad's office for school. They're determined that he has to pay for it.
