Boyfriend inappropriately looks at other women when we go out to places. He says its just a "man's " thing and it's what "men" do.

Myself 25 F have been in a relationship with my BF 24 M for 3 years. He looks at other women inappropriately most times we go out. It is negatively effecting my mental health and self esteem. I have spoken to him, and cried to him many times pleading that he stops doing it, but he still continues to inappropriately look at other women. He said he will change but it keeps happening, and he says its normal, that it's a "man's" thing and all "men" do it.

TL;DR Boyfriend inappropriately looks at other women in front of me and says its normal.
