People keep commenting on my partner [26M] and I [23F] having "stereotypical" jobs for our respective ethnicities.

My partner and I have been together for two months. My partner is a Black man working at KFC and I'm a Jewish woman who is an accountant. I hear so many jokes about this and it's so annoying! Why is everyone so racist? My man doesn't even eat KFC, he just works there for a job! And these are my friends and family making these jokes!

One of my friends just today asked me how I tell me boyfriend apart "from everyone else behind the counter" when I go to pick him up. Another friend told me "Jews and money. Blacks and fried chicken. Who'd have thought?" I just glare at them every time.

What do I do with these people? Do I tell them off, or just roll my eyes?

TL;DR - I'm a Jewish accountant and my partner is a Black KFC worker, and I'm sick of hearing jokes about it.
