My neighbor (M40) is creeping me (F32) out

It’s 11 pm and I just rolled a joint, was watching tv and my neighbor just knocked my door.

For reference, we live at the back of a house in a close gate place and we share a wall between our apartments. He previously has gifted me food as he is a chef and even gave me his number after telling me he found me on tinder and swapped right. I’ve always declined his advances as I am not interested but he has been really intense however he also has harassed my next door neighbor.

So, he knocked my door and told me to eat a pastry and as I was high I started laughing cuz I didn’t know what to say. He got so mad and left me there while he went back to his apartment and threw the door behind him. I stood there for a few seconds wondering what just had happened. Now I feel unsafe. I would go ahead and tell my landlord but he can also tell on me for the smoke and that’s illegal.

I don’t know why to do now. If I confront him, I would say what?

TL;DR: my neighbor nocked my door and got mad I wouldn’t take his pastry, then left upset. I feel unsafe but I’m worry he would tell on me for stuff
