My gf has numerous sexy/nude selfies in her phone. Is this common?

My gf was showing me some pictures on her phone the other day and I noticed she had numerous nude/sexy selfies in which she’s smiling, showing off her body (either nude or in a sexy outfit). She’s sent about 1/4 of the ones I saw to me.

I asked her why she has so many of those kind of pics on her phone and what she plans on doing with them. Her response was “I just want to remember how my body looks.”

Is this something many women do (taking a bunch of sexy selfies to look back on), or am I missing something here? Genuinely curious, as this is not something I’ve ever heard of.
