I (22f) have no female friends anymore and am very lonely. Any ideas where I could potentially meet a new friend?

Long story short, I lost all of my high school best friends after a falling out. I loved them and it destroyed me when I lost them. A year later, I lost all of my college friends due to a different falling out.

Now, I have a boyfriend (20m) who is wonderful and several close guy friends (18-20m). They’re all great.

But I have no one to do girl stuff with. It’s stereotypical, but I want to go shopping and watch chick flicks and listen to nostalgic teenage girl music. I miss those things so much.

There are a few girls who hang out with us, but I’m several years older than them and don’t really like them much. We don’t like the same things and their maturity levels are very low.

I work with many girl coworkers who I like a lot, but I’m younger than them by a few years and I think I’m annoying to them. Maybe that’s just me being paranoid, but that’s how it seems. They all also already have their own female friends outside of work.

I just feel very lonely and like no one I know really appreciates the things I do. Does anyone have any ideas where I could potentially meet a friend more my age? I know it’s a long shot but I figured asking couldn’t hurt.

Another thing is that I plan on going to grad school in a year and half. Is it even worth trying to make a friend if I’m just going to be going away to school? Should I just hold out and hope I make friends then?

I’m just not sure what to do. Right now my boyfriend is playing both the boyfriend and best friend roles and I feel bad because I know he’s not into this stuff. I’m actually considering reaching out to my old high school best friend who broke my trust entirely just to fill this void. Sorry I sound so desperate.

TL:DR I have no female friends to share interests with. Any suggestions on where to meet girl friends more my age?
