My Sister Was Sexually Harrassed

My [19M] sister [18F] has been staying with me this past week. She just now told me why she came to stay with me.

Our mom's boyfriend was sexually harrassing her. He kept making inapropriate comments about her body. And he kept touching my sister's butt and boobs. He grabbed my sister's boob hard when he was drunk which explains why she has a red mark on her boob. That is what finally made her leave.

She told our mother about it but she didn't believe her, even after she showed her the red mark. She was constantly afraid there. Its why she sent me to go get more of her stuff instead of her doing it herself.

How can I best support her going forward with this knowledge?
