I (25/M) broke up with my girlfriend (24/F) today. We had been in a relationship for the past 6 years and I don't quite understand what to feel right now.

I don't really know what to feel right now. I know I should feel sad but I'm not. I felt neglected and unappreciated in that relationship even though she said she loved me.

I feel like I love still love her but walking away was the best option. It all seems hollow.

I am someone who just reads on reddit. This is my first post. Writing this post for strangers to read feels oddly comforting because you guys don't know me and yet I can be totally transparent.

TL;DR : I broke up from a 6 year relationship and I'm unsure of my feelings.
