My boyfriend and I have been dating for 2 1/2 years. We moved in together about 6 months ago. Things have been pretty great. We make do with bills. I'm in the process of going back to school and making a career change. He is moving up in his company. As most adults, we spend most of our days at work only to come home and cook, watch a show, and sleep.
I've noticed the past few days there is a disconnect. I asked him today if everything was okay. He said he didn't know what he was feeling. I carefully asked him a few questions and clarified whether it was me he was bored/tired of or if it was everyday life. He was adamant it wasn't me he was disinterested in and just the same routine we have every day. It might be important to note we haven't been intimate in a week (that has happened before) and he says he just hasn't wanted to.
I'm looking for advice on how to help spice up our lives. We aren't rich, but we do okay with saving. I just wonder if there are things I can suggest him doing during the weekdays that's different and for things to spice up our relationship.
