How do I (25M) convince my (22F) bisexual girlfriend that having sex with another woman is still cheating?

We have been together for about a month now. I knew she was bi before the start of the relationship and that she had sexual relationships with both guys and women in the past.

Two weeks ago we went out to a club with a mutual friend and while outside we talked about finding a girl for that friend. My girlfriend told in a joke/serious tone that she may take that girl for herself if she's hot. I told her that would be cheating and she dismissed it by saying that it's not because it's with a girl and just for fun. I told her that it's still cheating and then she told that she wouldn't mind if I slept with other men. I am not attracted to men at all, not even curious.

After coming outside of the club we continued the discussion and she asked me why do I have a problem with her sleeping with a woman while we're in a relationship, that I knew she was bi, what line of work (cam model) she was in and I shouldn't have a problem because she could never get have a wonderful relationship with a woman, get married and etc.

From what I know, being bisexual and working as a cam model does not give you a free pass to sleep with another person, female or male. I understand that her job requires flirting with other people, but only over the internet and I'm okay with that. I am not okay with stuff that goes beyond the job description and in my opinion no person would be okay with that if they cared about their SO.

She's leaving soon in a job related trip and I'm afraid she might cheat on me with some woman. I want to have that conversation with her again, but recently she received some bad medical news (no STDs) and I don't know how to start the subject without being a jackass during this period when she needs some to be there for her. I really need some help.

TL;DR: girlfriend thinks having sex with women isn't cheating, I want to explain to her that it is and I'm afraid she might cheat on me in upcoming work trip
