My [28F] boyfriend [25M] got a girl pregnant and it is clear I am Breaking up with him. Except, it is not as easy as I thought it'd be.
I work out, I play music, I take care of myself but at the end of the day I can't go to sleep without it haunting me. It gets so bad I barely sleep because everytime I close my eyes,I picture him with that child or living all the excitements of having a first child with someone else.
How do I move on? How can I make it easier?
TL;DR: how do I make my split with my boyfriend who is going to have a baby with another woman easier?
